My name is Satyajeet Deshmukh. Everyone calls me Ray.

I see myself as a thinker and a craftsman. I work out what's worth building, then build it properly and ship it.

I build software, products and companies. Right now I'm focused on voice, AI and personal software, through my company, The Final Leap.

I work across product, engineering and execution. I use AI coding agents as part of how I build, and I stay hands on with product decisions, architecture, testing and shipping.
